Our Decaf Colombia Huila coffee is sourced from small farms in the Huila region, known for producing some of Colombia’s finest beans. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 meters, this coffee features the Caturra and Castillo varieties, which are carefully cultivated to preserve their natural complexity.
The beans are fully washed and sun-dried to enhance their bright and clean flavors. Decaffeinated using the Supercritical CO2 process, this method is known for retaining the coffee's natural taste without the use of harmful chemicals. This ensures you can enjoy the rich flavors of Colombia’s finest beans—without the caffeine—while supporting sustainable farming practices.
